Update – A Prairie Field: My View

I finally got around to placing these pictures into a portfolio. During the process I noticed one of the pictures is missing from the blog post, so here is a re-blog including the missing picture.       🙂

    1. Thanks for taking a look Annerose. I’m glad you liked them. You’ve made me smile 🙂 I’ve never pictured BC that way but I have so much exploring left to do it does not surprise me too much.

    1. Thanks Sofia. This has been one of the hardest series to work on and also my favorite. (also the only one I’ve finished so far 🙂 ) My day job can be bothersome. I ended up working 60-85 hours a week last summer and fall. At times it can take a lot of will power head out on my day off to take photos instead of resting. So it makes me happy that you enjoyed the photos 🙂

  1. I crossed Canada from Montreal to the Rockies many years ago and the Prairies were really boring….until I learned about them during the many years spent in Alberta. They are fascinating (although I know best the sea and the mountains) and difficult to photograph, I find. You have some nice images, keep on shooting!

    1. Thanks Abigail! I’ve searched miles of the country side around Edmonton and have found many nice places. But this place caught my eye. I still wonder what the locals thought of me….there’s that crazy guy taking pictures of your field again… 😉
